Agentic intelligence beside your ERP. Not another migration.
Plug. Configure. Optimise. Play. On the ERP you already run.
Your ERP knows an invoice exists. It can’t decide whether to pay it, and it will never pay it for you. We put teams of governed AI agents beside the ERP you already run, whether that’s SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SYSPRO or another. No upgrade, no migration and no new vendor module to buy. One workflow at a time.
The short answer
A governed layer of AI agents that runs beside your ERP. The agents read live ERP data, reason over it, act within the permissions you set and write back through standard connectors. Your ERP stays the system of record. The agents turn it into a system of action.
It works with whichever ERP you have, and it bends to your workflows instead of making your team bend to the software. Each module gets its own agent team. You start where manual effort hurts most, prove the return and expand from there.
The gap ERP can’t close
Your ERP, whether SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or SYSPRO, is a world class system of record. But its features stop where your real processes start, and your team needs more room to adapt it to the way they actually work. So cross functional work still moves by email, spreadsheet and approval chase. The tools sold to fix it don’t close the gap either.
Chatbots
Answer questions inside one session. No memory, no live enterprise data and no way to take action.
Suggest only
Copilots
Suggest content or next steps. A person still starts, checks and carries out every action. The manual workflow stays.
A person still executes
RPA
Replays recorded clicks. Breaks when a field moves or an email changes format. Can’t reason or handle exceptions.
Breaks on variation
Where the manual effort hides, even with a mature ERP
Three way matching
Exceptions still routed by hand between finance and procurement.
Demand forecasting
Planners reconcile signals from several systems in spreadsheets every cycle.
Supply chain orchestration
Handoffs between S&OP, procurement and logistics run on email.
CSRD and ESG evidence
Supplier data collected by hand for every reporting cycle.
Why not your ERP vendor’s AI
Every ERP vendor now sells its own AI agents. They look like the easy option. Count the full cost before you sign.
How it works
An intelligent layer you add to the ERP you already run, in four moves.
Plug
Connect to your ERP
Standard connectors into SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, SYSPRO or any ERP. Read and write, both ways, in real time.
Configure
Shape it to your work
Agents set up around your workflows, approval rules and tolerances, not a vendor’s default process.
Optimise
Tune it on real results
Every decision, approval and override feeds back, so accuracy and coverage climb each week.
Play
Run it and add more
Agents run the routine all day. Your team handles the exceptions. Add the next module when you’re ready.
Clean core by default
The question every SAP team asks first. Does this put custom code inside my ERP? By default, no. And when you do want something inside SAP, the agents build it as a package your team reviews and moves through your normal landscape, instead of a developer hand writing ABAP in production.
Default
Agents run outside your ERP
Agents live on Cortex and act through the interfaces your ERP already exposes. Your ERP stays standard.
Executes through standard BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs and OData services
No custom code inside SAP, so upgrades and RISE moves stay clean
The same approach on Oracle, Dynamics 365 and SYSPRO through their own APIs
When you choose
Agents generate code and config you can move
When a change belongs inside SAP, agents draft the ABAP, CDS views or configuration and package them as transports.
Your team reviews every object before it goes anywhere
Moves through development, test and production with your standard transport process
Documented, versioned and owned by you, with no hand written code to maintain later
Faster change
Weeks of ABAP backlog become a reviewed package
Safer upgrades
Nothing hidden in the core to break at the next release
Your rules
Your transport, testing and approval process stays in charge
Full trail
Every generated object traced to the request behind it
Plug and play, module by module
Each module gets its own multi agent team. Every team shares the same governance model, so adding the second module is faster than the first. The tags show where each team plugs in, with SAP and Oracle as examples.

The autonomous loop
Step 1
Watch
Listens for ERP events and data changes, all day.
Step 2
Evaluate
Reasons over the full context, not one table.
Step 3
Act within bounds
Executes only what its permissions allow.
Step 4
Log
Records every step and the reason behind it.
Step 5
Escalate
Sends anything outside policy to a person.
Worked example, shown in SAP MM
Step 1
Trigger
Your ERP posts an invoice that fails the three way match. The price variance is beyond tolerance.
Step 2
Contextualise
The agent pulls the PO, goods receipt, contract terms and vendor history.
Step 3
Reason
It finds the variance falls within a rebate agreed in the contract.
Step 4
Execute or route
It clears the invoice within policy, or routes it to a buyer with the evidence attached.
Step 5
Audit
Every step is logged and ready for an auditor or regulator.
The same flow runs on Oracle Payables, Dynamics 365 Finance or SYSPRO Accounts Payable. Rules where you need certainty, like tolerances and approval matrices. Reasoning where you need judgement, like ambiguous exceptions. And a human approval gate on every high risk action.
Use cases, shown on SAP S/4HANA
SAP S/4HANA is the ERP we meet most often, so these examples use SAP module names. Each one runs the same way on Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SYSPRO or any other ERP, shaped to your own processes.

Agentic AI x ERP, answered
What is Agentic AI x ERP?
It’s a governed layer of AI agents that runs beside your ERP. The agents read live ERP data, reason over it, act within the permissions you set and write back through standard connectors. Exceptions go to your people. Your ERP stays your system of record.
Do we have to replace or upgrade our ERP?
No. The agentic layer sits beside the ERP you already run, including SAP S/4HANA and ECC, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SYSPRO, NetSuite and Infor. You start with one module, prove the value in a four to eight week pilot and add modules from there.
Which module should we start with?
Most companies start with finance and procurement, often three way matching and invoice exceptions, because the effort is high and the value is easy to measure. Supply chain planning, master data and ESG evidence usually follow.
Why not buy the AI agents our ERP vendor offers?
You can, but count the full cost. Vendor agent add ons often need a newer version or a new licence, an integration project and an ongoing managed service, and they mostly work inside that vendor’s own apps with the features it ships. Agentic AI x ERP runs on the version you have, across your ERP and the systems around it, and is configured to your workflows. Many companies run both.
Which ERPs does it work with?
Any ERP with an API, a database connection or file exchange. We work most often beside SAP S/4HANA and ECC, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SYSPRO, and also NetSuite, Infor and custom or legacy systems. Older versions work too, so you don’t have to upgrade first.
Does it put custom code inside SAP?
Not by default. The agents run outside SAP on Cortex and act through standard BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs and OData services, so your core stays clean. When a change does belong inside SAP, the agents generate the ABAP, CDS views or configuration and package them as transports. Your team reviews them and moves them through development, test and production with your normal transport process. Nobody hand writes ABAP in production.
How do you govern agents that write to the ERP?
Controls sit at the action layer. Every action is checked against role based permissions, logged in an immutable audit trail and gated by human approval above your thresholds. Every agent has a kill switch, and exceptions go to your team with the evidence attached.
How long does it take to go live?
A first workflow typically reaches production in four to eight weeks. After a 30 minute discovery call you get a tailored pilot plan with ROI projections, integration needs and success metrics within 48 to 72 hours.
