Where every listed price meets its moment of truth
Not a price monitor. Not a rules engine. Pricing decisions you can explain.
Your competitors change prices many times a day, and the listed price is only half the story. Card offers, coupons, financing and loyalty points change what customers really pay. Kairix sees that effective price, tells your team when to cut, hold or raise, and learns from every call they make.

The short answer
Kairix is agentic pricing intelligence. It decodes what customers really pay at every competitor, recommends your next move product by product and region by region, and gets smarter with every decision your team makes.
Your pricing team keeps every call. Kairix does the watching, the decoding and the modelling, so the team reacts in hours instead of days and stops giving away margin by matching the wrong number.

Why pricing teams lose margin
Most pricing teams have more data than ever and still react a day late. The same three problems show up in every category.
Problem 1
The listed price lies
Offers, coupons and financing hide what customers really pay, so teams cut to match a price that isn’t real.
Kairix fix. The effective price, decoded
Problem 2
Data, but no decision
Dashboards show what changed. Someone still has to work out what to do about it, product by product.
Kairix fix. A recommendation with the reasoning
Problem 3
Rules that never learn
Static rules repeat the same mistakes, and the team’s judgement disappears into spreadsheets.

Kairix, answered
What is Kairix?
Kairix is agentic pricing intelligence from The Agentics Co. It finds the effective price customers actually pay after offers, coupons, financing and loyalty, then recommends when to cut, hold or raise your prices, with the reasoning attached and your team in control.
How is Kairix different from a price monitoring tool?
Price monitors report listed prices. Kairix decodes the full offer to find the effective price, recommends a move with its expected effect on demand, margin and buy box, and learns from every decision your team makes.
Does Kairix change our prices on its own?
Only if you allow it. Human in the loop is the default. You can run it in shadow mode, approve each recommendation, or allow auto approval above a confidence threshold within your floors and margin rules.
Can we start small?
Yes. The Validate tier covers up to 20 priority products or plan tiers against up to five competitors each, and typically goes live in two to four weeks.
Which industries use Kairix?
Consumer electronics and appliances, telecom and mobile operators, retail and marketplaces, CPG and FMCG, travel and hospitality, and B2B companies pricing quotes and contracts.
Where does our data live?
Isolated per client, encrypted at rest and in transit, and never used to train shared models. Deploy in the EU cloud, on premise, hybrid or air gapped with no data leaving your perimeter.
How is Kairix priced?
By the number of products or plan tiers, competitors and channels covered, and decision volume. Every engagement starts with a scoping session tied to an ROI target.
Why not build our own pricing engine?
Custom builds usually take a year or more, and they start without the effective price logic or the learning loop. Kairix starts with both, so you get value in weeks and it keeps improving with every call your team makes.
