What is Cortex?
Cortex is the enterprise AI agent platform from The Agentics Co. It connects your systems, builds a live understanding of how your business fits together and runs governed agents that act across those systems. Every Agentics product and every custom agent we build runs on Cortex.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most clients start with one workflow in one office, often in finance, procurement or customer service. A first workflow typically reaches production in about four weeks, and a department wide rollout in eight to twelve weeks.
Does Cortex replace our ERP, CRM or other systems?
No. Cortex sits beside the systems you already run, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SYSPRO, Salesforce, Workday and ServiceNow. It reads and writes back through 300+ standard connectors, with open APIs for custom and legacy systems.
Can we use our own language models?
Yes. Cortex is model agnostic. It works with Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI and self hosted models, and its AI gateway routes across 200+ models with cost controls.
How is our data handled?
Your data is never used to train outside models. Access follows least privilege, every action is logged and you choose where it runs, in the EU cloud, your own cloud, on premise or fully air gapped.
What happens when an agent gets something wrong?
Agents work inside guardrails and confidence thresholds. Anything uncertain or above your risk limits goes to a person with the evidence attached. Every agent has a kill switch, and every decision can be traced.
How is Cortex priced?
Pricing is tied to the value delivered and the scope of the deployment, not to seats. Every engagement starts with a discovery session and a pilot with agreed success criteria.
