AI for the HR Office

You’re asked to lead the AI change. Your team’s day goes on answering the same questions.

Your team answers leave and pay questions all day. Hiring takes weeks, nobody has a live view of skills and you hear about regretted leavers at the exit interview. Now the board wants the whole workforce ready for AI. We map the HR Office the way your team actually works, then put agents where they give your people their time back.

The short answer

What can AI do for the HR Office?

What can AI do for the HR Office?

What can AI do for the HR Office?

It takes the routine work out of HR. Agents answer employee questions and resolve routine requests, screen and schedule candidates with a person making every decision, build a live skills map, flag attrition risk early and help every role learn to work with AI.

Your team keeps the judgement, the conversations and every decision about people. The agents do the reading, the scheduling and the answering, so HR has time to lead the change instead of just processing it.

Attract, develop and keep the people the strategy needs. And lead the workforce through AI adoption.

How the HR Office connects

HR runs the people leg of the obligation relay

HR runs the people leg of the obligation relay

HR runs the people leg of the obligation relay

Every new rule and every new tool lands on people. Legal and compliance write the rules, the AI office builds the agents and transformation drives the change. The agents that serve the HR Office share the same platform and data as those offices, so policy, training and practice stay in step.

How we’d start

Two pilots. Each ends on a decision you make.

Two pilots. Each ends on a decision you make.

Two pilots. Each ends on a decision you make.

Pilot 1

Employee service in one country

↳

An agent on your top 50 policy questions, in the local language

↳

Routine requests resolved in your HR systems, sensitive cases sent to a person

↳

Tickets resolved, answer quality and employee satisfaction measured

Your decision

Whether to roll it out to every country.

Pilot 2

Faster hiring for one high volume role

↳

Screening and scheduling agents on one role you hire for often

↳

A person makes every decision, and every step is logged

↳

Time to hire, candidate drop off and quality of hire compared

Your decision

Whether to extend it to more roles.

Both run under our Validation First Framework. They’re tested on your own data before you commit a larger budget, and if the numbers don’t hold, we tell you.

Your intervention map

Bring your top ten HR tickets

Bring your most common HR tickets, your hardest roles to fill and the skills you’re short of. We bring the HR Office canvas. In one session we map it to your systems and people, and mark where agents would pay back first.

Your HR Office canvas

AI for the HR Office, answered

What can AI do for the HR Office?

Agentic AI takes the routine work out of HR. Agents answer employee questions and resolve routine requests, screen candidates and schedule interviews with a person making every decision, build a live skills map from real work data, flag attrition risk early and help every role learn to use AI. Your HR team spends its time on people, not tickets.

Is AI in hiring high risk under the EU AI Act?

Yes. AI used for recruitment, promotion, task allocation or performance decisions falls under the high risk category in Annex III. Under the Digital Omnibus, those obligations apply from 2 December 2027. We design every people agent with human oversight, documentation and logging from day one, so you don’t have to rebuild later.

Does AI make hiring decisions?

No. Agents read applications, check them against the criteria you set, schedule interviews and keep candidates informed. A person reviews and makes every decision. Each step is logged, so you can show how a decision was made and check for bias.

How can AI reduce HR service tickets?

Most HR tickets are the same questions about leave, pay, policy and benefits. Employee service agents answer them from your approved policies in the employee’s language, and resolve routine requests in your HR systems. Complex or sensitive cases go to a person with the context already attached.

Do we need to involve the works council?

In many European countries, yes. AI that affects how people are hired, managed or measured usually needs works council consultation. We bring the works council in early, show exactly what each agent does and what data it uses, and build their questions into the design.

Where should a CHRO start with agentic AI?

With employee service. Take the top 50 policy questions in one country, put an agent on them and measure tickets resolved, answer quality and employee satisfaction. Hiring for one high volume role is a strong second pilot.
